  Extremely dreadful courier company, their director Elvie is like a pirate or robber, this company failed to delivery our pallets, kept our pallets in their warehouse for months, we decided to arrange delivery ourselve. We arranged someone to take these pallets over. However, their director Elvie said we have to pay all the charges first, if we did not pay, they would detain our goods,we were forced to pay all the charges, what a joke and it is totally a nightmare. Please look the financial performance of Frederick R Miller, they have been making loss for years, it does not surprise me and I certainly know why.The sort of business should go for good. Now we use QTR and DSV, they all provide good services.

  If i could give them a lower score i would!!! Told for 3 days our customer would receive there delivery before 10am then before 4pm etc etc Finally gave up and arranged for customer to collect (asked them not to send the pallet). They drove a 40 mile return journey which was wasted as it was loaded on delivery vehicle! Complete waste of time with lying staff !!!!
